Stayed here for a business trip, the hotel room was comfortable, clean, breakfast was varied, never get bored to stay here, because every time I go to Jember City I always stay at Hotel Fortuna Grande Jember. Thank you, hopefully what is good can be maintained.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. Retro aesthetic rooms, clean and modern, clean bathrooms, unique and kids friendly lobby, complete and quite tasty breakfast. We stayed for 2 days and explored many of the hotel facilities, the zoo and park were good. There are some cute animals, the swimming pool is clean. Next time will come back again

The check-in process was fast, the room size was not that big. We checked in at 8 pm, when we wanted to take a shower the water was not hot. The breakfast menu tasted just okay.
