our room had amazing view of the lake. Great location with direct access to the lake via back door. Love the communal space, dining rooom and kitchen with big window facing to the lake. A bit noisy at night.

Nothing beats the location of the hostel, facing Lake Tekapo and a short walk to everything. The lounge facing the view of the lake was magnificent. The facilities like the kitchen and the laundry are also a major plus-clean and modern. Our room was cozy and super clean. We only stayed a night, but wished we could stay longer to enjoy the view even more.
