Friendly helpful staff lovely hotel and great location couldn't ask for more.

Good location near Newcastle Station

The staff on reception were really friendly and my room was quiet. I appreciated the air conditioning and the tip from the reception staff on the best setting for it when I checked in. Bathroom was immaculate and the bed was comfortable.

Always my go-to place to stay in Newcastle. Ive stayed a few times now and it never dissapoints. Excellent location, freindly and welcoming staff, comfy beds, and a nice continental breakfast with the best coffee.

Friendly front desk that upgraded me during check in Convenient location Room a bit too hot in summer which disrupted sleep on all days The air cooling system is good for anything around 20degrees but definitely doesn’t do a good job for 25 and over especially in higher floors

Very tired property; the bedroom had moths, the carpet was stained, the stool had ripped fabric and the tv took 30seconds to turn on!

Ideal location less than a 10 minute from the train station. Clean room modern hotel friendly staff.

I would not recommend this hotel at all , the staff are not helpful or flexible,the amenities in the hotel are old dated and the rooms are horrendous, tv did not work , no phones to communicate with reception. I was here for business and would never stay again .
