Seriously, this is my most complicated experience when using Traveloka for approximately 15 years, where it turns out that booking here must be via another additional application media, namely Travelio, which requires us to register again and the check-in and check-out process which for me is quite wasting time, especially for people who are in urgent situations and do not have much time for administrative matters, in parallel there is an additional deposit of 300 thousand again.. unlike other hotel services that are simple to use, just less then 5 steps and clear, just it. and insight please customer service should not be too robotic so that customers have to need extra effort.
