The pillows made my neck hurt, the bedsheets were dirty. Breakfast was minimal and cold (fried rice). The fish smelled of old food, like rotting.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit slow to cool. Despite this, the cleanliness of the room and hotel area, as well as the comfort of the room, were excellent, and the service was satisfactory.

When I checked in, I requested a smoking room, but upon check-out, I was given a non-smoking room, resulting in a long wait and a fine. It was a shame there was a miscommunication from the receptionist during check-in. They didn't explain the room type and simply asked me to sign.

The hotel staff was friendly, the bathroom was clean and functional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel again. It's close to everything, and the breakfast was delicious.

Poor Wi-Fi. We stayed for four nights with poor Wi-Fi. We complained, but it wasn't resolved. Room 511. Other amenities, including cleanliness, hospitality, and food, were very satisfactory.
