Overall the service is good, the room is comfortable and clean. Water pressure is a bit low.

Overall good experience, the hotel provides transport to the beach and city center, facilities are also good. The staff are friendly and helpful, and can understand English too. The downside is the soundproofing, as we could hear people talking until late at night, and the blanket felt like it had plastic or something, so it also made a sound if we turned around.

Glad that we booked this hotel. It was a great rejuvenated place for 5 of us (we travel with 3 kids). The bed is great, the rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff there were polite and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here in Saga. Kudos guys 👍
