No one was there to assist you. Wasn’t able to contact staff. Don’t have a front desk. Waited 4 hours outside. Had to cancel my booking.

The agent never responded to our messages and did not provide check-in info so we did not even stay at the accommodation. Had to find an alternative at the last minute. Very disappointing and a major inconvenience.

We booked through Hotels.com and received a contact number to the apartment manager. When I called, I was told that there was no booking and that if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay cash. We (2 kids, 2 adults) arrived at 21:00 and were stranded, so we paid for one night. We spoke with other people outside the building while we waited to be able to get in, and those people had the same experience, even though we all paid in advance. The apartment had no utensils or dishes. There was no cleaning supplies for dishes, and the overall feel of the apartment was just "ok." I do not recommend using them.

詐騙手法非常惡劣 千萬不要訂此房間

清潔な部屋で間取りも広く、景観も素晴らしかった。親切なホストとも緊密にやり取りができて言う事無し。強いて文句を言うなら下のwinmartの女性店員が現金支払いの際に毎回お釣りをちょろまかそうとすることくらい。
