Bugs, dirty restroom/toilet

Great location. The views oit back are awesome, and you can drive either direction out of the area for the attractions. Very cemtrally located, but more quiet than staying in Tam Coc. The staff was the nicest we had in all of Vietnam so far

The hotel rooms and hotel grounds are very beautiful. However, the only amenity was a pool and despite seeing staff diligently clean it, the pool still seemed a bit murky. Staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. We received a massage at the hotel and it wasn’t great — bright lights and lots of chatting (not as relaxing as we hoped).

They were doing construction work above our room starting at 7:00 in the morning and nobody at the hotel even thought this could be annoying for 2 families with young kid trying to have some peaceful rest. Even after mentioning it, the noise and hammering continued for a while. Same happened in the evening. After complaining they promised the workers wouldn't come the rest of our stay, well still they came...
