The staff is friendly, the bedroom is clean, although the bathroom and toilet are separate, it is still clean Check out at 10 am max. You can leave your luggage but until 5 pm. The location is near Minowa Station

The teenager short hair is friendly but the middle age staff is not friendly. She seems always angry no smiling no conversation with guests. The day we checked out , she walked pass by us sitting at the hotel outside lobby. She didn’t smiles or say anything. Just unwelcome acts. The location is near Minowa station, very easy to walk to hotel. The room is very clean. Bathroom is not separated gender but toilet is separated male and female. Btw, recommend for people who like a new hotel. Not recommend for people who expect the Japanese omotenashi. It’s reasonable price hotel but the staff should be more friendly.

Very Clean, very compact even though the room is small but sufficient, almost no problems, get new towels every day so good! the location is also close to Minowa station, recommended, close to places to eat (yoshinoyaa), close to local supermarkets with cheap prices, very friendly prices.
