Generally the room was good, maybe a bit “over designed”, still the size & nature light (through the balcony) were great. The location was good, near to Arena Kaohsiung, even though the outside area of the building was somehow isolated.. Finslly I am a sustainability - oriented traveler, so I am ok for not making up the room daily, but I think the hotel should allow passengers to choose, and not to “guess”. Or another miss-communication is the front desk staff business hour, I had never imagined it was not 24 hours service, so when I left at 7:30 am the last day and needed to hand in my luggage for the staff to store for me, I had to leave them at a corner and message to the hotel by Line.. even though the staff was kind specially the guy with glasses at night!

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient to the night market and other stores and dining. Wonderful stay!

Fantastic, quirky hotel in a weird but convenient location next to the train station. Main attraction is the decor; the owner (or the owner's daughter) had a lot of fun. The hotel lacks a restaurant; there is a 24/7 self-service snack and coffee bar, and the very helpful young lady at the front desk will be more than happy to offer neighborhood restaurant suggestions. The somewhat unlikely location is in a residential neighborhood a ten-minute walk from the train station.

I was greeted by a female staff. She couldn't communicate in English but i could feel her sincerity. It wasn't check in time yet but she was able to give me directions to the nearest shopping mall where there's food thinking that I was hungry lol I really appreciated her consideration and when i came back the luggage was already in my room. Service was excellent. I will miss Kaohsiung and the people there. I felt like home when I was staying at Zela design hotel. There were Youbike stations nearby making it very convenient to get around.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and designed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back and stay.

The room is awesome, the area has not much to do though, need to walk a bit to the nearest 7-11 or other convenience store.

Comfortable room in a good location. 10 minutes at most to a bustling night market. Lots of bus stops near by for public transportation to other parts of the city. The staff her pleasant and accommodating. Check in was easy.

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet street. Room is small but very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Close to public transportation, night market, Kaohsiung arena. Highly recommended.

Staffing is very kind

Fun arts display, roomy, friendly staff, great snacks, easy access to ride service, clean and comfortable beds, air condition, only concern is the railing seem to be not firmly secured, otherwise everything else is perfect!

Best service we ever had! Our room was “One Piece” anime theme very cute !

旅館新净整潔，每間房間都有獨特名字，獨特風格，室內佈置裝飾優美，充滿藝術氣息，住得非常舒服安心，入住時職員都很有耐心地介紹推薦附近美食餐廳地點。旅館有用餐共享空間，提供小食、冰塊、水果、飲料、食物都很好吃。地點算鄰近捷運站及瑞豐夜市，非常方便，很值得推介。
