Please improve the friendliness of the hotel staff, especially those on the night shift. Don't be rude and unkind to customers. Prices may be cheap, but they must be professional and avoid appearing cheap.

This is my umpteenth time staying here for a running event. However, the more I stay, the more I notice: - Many of the bathrooms are currently closed, whether for renovations or something, so the queue for a shower is quite long. I had to go back and forth three times before I found an empty one. The wait is also quite long. - The bathrooms are clean and the soap is also increasingly limited. - The rooms haven't changed; they're still the same and still OK. - The air conditioning is also still OK. - Door and elevator access are also still OK. - Parking is also still OK. - Towels, toothbrushes, and drinking water are also still OK. Okay, overall, it's more about the bathroom.

I always stay here when I'm in Jakarta for work. It's just a short walk to the office. The staff is friendly, and the bathroom is always clean. However, there's limited space in the room for prayer.

Strategic location, hotel room is very small and toilet is outside the room.

A comfortable place close to the office, affordable prices, and always clean bathrooms. The only exception is if you're staying more than one night, if you don't request cleaning, it won't be. But overall, it's great!

I booked one night for an event at GBK, and it's very close and easily accessible. There are plenty of food stalls nearby. It's very strategically located. The room space is adequate for a short staycation.

If you want McD, just get off... to PS, just walk to the side, to Senayan City, just cross the street

The room was clean and compact, though relatively small. It had access to the front of the Sency, but it wasn't soundproof, so at night, people walking in front of the room and talking could be heard.

There are baby cockroaches & teenage cockroaches in the room.

The prayer room/prayer room should be cleaner, especially the prayer mats, which should be replaced, so that it is more comfortable and solemn in worship 🤲

Senayan Stay is great, strategically located, and fun. Hopefully, the surrounding shops will come alive and bustling again in the future, making it a convenient shopping destination close to Senayan Stay. 😍

A truly worthwhile post-concert resting spot. It's strategically located close to GBK. There are plenty of bathrooms and hairdryers. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy.

Overall, I've had a few staycations here and it's been really comfortable. However, the last time I stayed here, there was a karaoke sound that was really loud and it actually reached my room. And it lasted until the early hours of the morning.
