The property manager Mr. Quy and his staff, are very kind and helpful. His apartment unit was equipped with everything I needed, very clean and cozy! I loved the decor!!! As a solo female traveler and expat, I highly recommend his property because the high level of safety and ease of getting everything you need in the nearby area. I was walking distance to malls, restaurants, spas, cafes and grocery stores. You name it, they had everything. It was certainly a very wonderful experience! As a solo traveler female to Vietnam for the very first time, I was very happy with the living accommodations and the area it's in. I would definitely visit again!

What I liked: - The apartment was big with two bathrooms - The host was very good with communication (fast and courteous) - There was an ample supply of drinking water. What I did not like: Location: The apartment is very far from the city center. Depending on the traffic, it will take 35-60 minutes to get to the Old Quarter. There isn't much else to do around the apartment. The surrounding area seems like a Korean restaurant district, so unless you want that, there isn't much else to do. The lake in front of the apartment looked nice in the picture, but it was fenced all around and inaccessible. Cleanliness: The apartment is generally clean, but not 4.5-star hotel quality clean (It is listed as 4.5-star, but it is nothing near that). This is a privately managed rental unit. We stayed three nights, and no cleaning was provided. Even the towels were not replaced in those three days. Incorrect description: The listing states that the unit has a washer and dryer, but it does not have a dryer. The host tried to help with the situation, but in the end, nothing was done. - Road noise: You will hear lots of road noise throughout the night. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. We thought we were booking a 4.5-star property, but this was just a private rental unit with minimal maintenance. We may also have been unlucky with the unit because every unit is meant to be different.

My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. Btw, my wife loved how clean the towels are and their pleasant scent. We got our questions answered quickly and it is very helpful to us. We recommend it. You will be happy because of the quality and the affordable price 👍👍👍

Had an amazing stay, the host was very helpful and response was always fast and easy! Even upgraded our room to a two bed room! Basically attached to a mall with a movie theater! Also has a mini mart down stairs right next to the entrance for snacks or supplies for your stay. Definitely recommend!
