Fully furnished. Hot and cold water dispenser but the cooling mode is broken, the water is cloudy but the staff said they did not replace the bottle. Unclean utensils, yellowed towels. The housekeeping staff did not clean the room thoroughly, when checking out they said the guest used too much. The security guard urged us to check out even though it was not time to check out. The staff said the overtime fee was 160k/hour but when we arrived and asked the security guard, it was only 80k/hour. The room is not as spacious and beautiful as in the picture.
