Great room, excellent service, amazing breakfast

The suite had a layout that was much larger than others, which worked well for our family of 6.

The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids!

Missed the waffle maker ive come to associate with homewood. The room needed blackout curtains or drapes that close all the way. The spot lighta around the pool shown into the room all night long. Other than that it was as i have expected from hoomwood.

The swimming pool was not available, which was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. So that was disappointing.

Very nice room/suite and clean. TV programming was a slight disappointment as other hotels seem to offer more premium chanels. Staff was friendly. Outdoor pool was not clean as one would expect. There was quite a bit of debris on the bottom and I skimmed the surface myself as necessary. The pull out sofa had no sheets and only a blanket for it was available inside the room. I went to the front desk around 9pm to get a set of sheets but the on duty desk person said that none were available and blamed housekeeping. Also, the breakfast was just ok.

I would never book this hotel again. The room was hot and muggy from the air conditioner not working.

The coffee was horrible. My friend brought the concern to the manager and they didn't fit the solution. Bathroom tub needs to be redone. The fridge suction lining is ripped hard to open. Makeup/foundation found on my pillow case.

It was good

I think the property was nice but what annoyed me is that the only role of toilet paper available is what was on the dispenser. Usually there is an extra role in the bathroom. Who wants to have to ask for toilet paper! If they would have given the extra role like all other hotels do it would have sufficed. They also have a policy that housekeeping doesn’t clean the room during your stay unless you specifically ask for it, including your request for fresh towels.

Worst run hotel I have ever stayed at. I will never stay there again. Couldn’t get my room cleaned. Messed up my reservation twice after I extended it at the hotel desk and they still messed it up. Worst management ever

I was very disappointed in the fact that the room I stayed in had a curtain that did not close so the lights that were on stayed all night… I had no sleep .. I called the hotel staff and was informed that the curtain was staged.. Never stay in room 211 if you want sleep

It was a short drive from I 95, but not more than 5 minutes. It was clean and the evening crew was great.
