The bathroom water smells and is slippery
The cleanliness of the room is very unsatisfactory, there are lots of spider webs
The terrace of the room is very dirty, there are lots of cigarette butts and used tissues

The phone is dead, the hot tap is not working, the view is nice, the mountain peak & one of Samarinda city is visible. Hopefully in the future more attention can be paid to the room facilities

There's something missing when making coffee without stirring it....it says the hot water will take 20 minutes to flow, so you end up taking a cold shower

I love the overall concept, located on heights so this place have a nice view and vibes. But i have some notice at some spot for poor architecture detail and of course the important things are about the unproper service and facilities. Anyway, i still enjoy this place with family. If the hotel fix and upgrades these some issues, i believe this place will be trully wonderfull. I will give rating 7 of 10. Cheers. Love
