It's an older hotel, but still okay. Just a suggestion: the pillows aren't very comfortable, which can cause neck pain.

-Check-in time is very late. almost 4pm. -Room has "old smell". somehow still ok as the room i booked have balcony. and by opening the door and let outside air minimize the smell. breakfast taste and variety is just OK. very crowded and sometimes need to wait to be seated. -air con in the room is not cold. more to hot and the temperature can't be adjusted. sometimes it's cold but more to wet cold which is uncomfortable. makes me hard to sleep for 2 nights staying here. -surrounding have quite a lot of food to choose from. but beware of Japanese/ raw food especially, as i got bali belly for almost 2 weeks after eating at 1 Japanese restaurant near this hotel. -jacuzzi can be used but often suddenly tripped / turn off in the middle of using it. also got a lot of small dead creature coming out from the air blower. -lounge chair around pool is always occupied. so no chance to use it. try the pool but kinda crowded. so just for plunging only. overall the vibes and the room is not as it was before. around sanur feel lifeless now although it's during new year. while the hotel is not as good as when it was handled by other brand before.

Very friendly. There is a little input that if you ask to move rooms, you have to pay a lot more even though it is empty and the type is the same as the one you are using.

The hotel's location is close to the beach, coffee shop, and mini mart. The room is quite spacious for a grand deluxe type, but the balcony is closed by a wall so you can't see the view directly outside. Some of the staff are not nice, not friendly, not helpful. Unlike what I found in several other hotels.

The quality matches the price, the welcome drink uses a voucher to be exchanged at the hotel restaurant, which makes you lazy, you are tired from a long journey, to get the welcome drink you have to walk quite far again

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel grounds are clean. Unfortunately, outside the hotel, the Sanur neighborhood is less welcoming, especially the souvenir vendors. If you just look and don't buy, you'll get scolded.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the beach and the mall. My kids were happy to stay here. The pool is spacious and clean.

The service was excellent, from the front gate, guest drop-off area, basement parking, reception, housekeeping, and all the staff at the pool bar and restaurant. They provided and demonstrated professional hospitality. I was quite satisfied and happy, even though my stay was short, just one night, and I had to check in late due to my busy schedule. But overall, my stay was a joy, and I wish I could come back someday. Thank you so much, guys.

what i experienced from several hotel when i was in Bali was the service to local tourists. i hope this resort could elevate service and more responsive, especially the security

The staff are very friendly, when I brought a lot of laundry items they delivered them using a trolley, the food is okay, varied but not enough to suit my palate, the room is spacious
