This hotel is amazing. I’m surprised it’s not double the price. Staff are so friendly. Buffer breakfast is top notch Little extras like movie area / kids club is really valued Super convenient location so many food options close by. Rooms are sound proof and block out blinds make for a great sleep. Swim city rooms are the biggest but no window or balcony. Only possible downside is the floors outside room are shiny marble would be very slippery when it’s wet/ raining

A fresh new property, the staff went above and beyond with customer service and were very friendly. The late checkout was convenient, allowing us to do a little more before leaving. The only negative is the hotel style set-up, generally quiet but sone guests above us were thumping around, moving furniture and banging doors between 2-3 rooms until 1am. A complaint to the front desk quickly resolved the situation. Also the mattress was extremely hard, although this is common in SE Asia it was extremely hard!

Wafaifo is a new resort hotel in Hoi An and as such its cleanliness was expeceted and delivered. Staff were very friendly even though they struggled with their English at times. Pool, breakfast and spa were all good. A better rotation of b/f items would be helpful to long stay customers and a wider dining menu would also be nice. These were said without any discredit to the staff. Duc the manager was very helpful with assisting my family's room and transport needs. He was always at hand to provide support and recommendations. Will recommend.

Planned on staying for 3 nights and ended up adding on 2 more nights because we loved this place so much! The most amazing attentive staff, attention to detail in everything they do from decor, spa, service, and a pillow menu, great location, relaxing pool… I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It really blew us away! Have stayed in numerous relais chateaux properties and the service and care was on par or perhaps better!

A really nice stay with super kind and attentive staff

This is a resort, very new, and barely a 10-min walk from all the main attractions in town. My family and I enjoyed the temperature controlled pool. Breakfast was great and a pretty big selection. Eating by the pool and at the cafe by the reception area was also great. The design throughout this resort is very nice and blends modern convenient features such as automated shades with Vietnamese cultural flavors. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and eager to help and get feedback on our stay. We highly recommend this resort and hope it stays clean and well maintained until we return in few years to Hoi An.

The hotel is gorgeous! We love the design of the hotel, simple and classic. We felt very comfortable with the bed and the side sofa. It was late March during our stay so the weather was cooling hence we turned off the AC. The hotel is situated 10min walk from Hoi An old town so it is very convenient and quiet at night. Each room comes with coffee machine with 4 different types of capsules for each liking, and different flavours of tea. It will be great if they could add decaffeinated coffee and caffeine free tea. A good variety of breakfast spread from bread to pho soup, fried rice, noodles, waffles and dessert, juices and the well loved black Vietnamese coffee. Of course, local seasonal fruits and fruit juices. Our gratefulness to Van, the manager and her team, they were very attentive and received our feedbacks with enthusiasm to improve and serve their future customers. We will definitely stay again for our anniversary!!’

This hotel looks new and is beautifully decorated. The room is very nice. It takes may be 10 to 15 minute walk to get to the main attraction which is the Ancient town. The breakfast is very good. The staff is nice and helpful.

This Hotel was a gem. From the moment we arrived with a short complementary head and shoulder massage and welcome drink, whilst we checked in, made this place stand out. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the river side in Old Town which was lovely but always frantically busy. So this hotel provided an oasis of calm. Plenty of bars and restaurants easy walking distance. It's only been opened about 6 months so everything is new. The pool was absolutely lovely and a relaxing way to take a day off sightseeing. Duc the General Manager was often around and Van the Food and Beverage Manager spoke to guests every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and obviously well trained by their managers, well done to you all. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

This property is quite new, having opened in October but everything from the staff to the property was impeccable. We were greeted with a smile by all employees and were well taken care of during our stay. When we were hoping for some guidance on where to go / what to do in Hoi An, there were plenty of recommendations from the hotel and they even provided private service. The rooms were cleaned daily and had great soundproofing.

We had the most amazing stay at Wafaifo Resort Hoi An! Traveling as a 4-generation family, we booked four rooms last minute, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with warmth and efficiency. The resort is stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms and a perfect location just minutes from Hoi An’s Ancient Town. The food was a highlight—delicious options that suited everyone, from our kids to our grandparents. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail made the experience even more special. Wafaifo is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Vietnamese charm. We can’t wait to come back! Duc, the manager made the stay be, probably the best we ever had (and we stayed in many 5 stars hotels).
