The room is fine, but I got a room on the ground floor facing the stairs and the lobby. I could hear the outside noise very clearly. It really disturbed my sleep. There were people walking, talking, and dragging chairs.

Good and friendly staff! This hotel is relatively new and cozy decorated. Also, your cute pet is welcome! The road to the hotel is a bit difficult. It would be better if they have more signs along the road and the hotel sign more clearly. I suggest it.

Very very very bad. The entrance is in a small alley. It's hard to find. Booked a deluxe room, paid a lot but got a normal room on the ground floor in front of the front desk. Asked to change, but there was a room available and they refused to change. There's no parking. The room is narrow and noisy. Talking is loud all the time. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. There's no view. Very bad. In conclusion, I checked in for 5 minutes and asked to check out. I left the money. I'm so disappointed. It's very bad. I've never encountered it before.
