Our favorite stay!

Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! Also came with a washing machine which was easy to use and worked well. Very good value for what we got and it was so close to everything. Kids also loved having the 7/11 right across the street and there is a pharmacy/CVS-like store right below in case you need any toiletries or beauty items : )

The room was very clean with a lot of space. We loved how the shower, toilet, and sinks were all separate. The kitchen was super handy. We also loved being able to wash and dry our clothes so we didn’t have to pack as many for our trip. Check in and out was a breeze.

Excellent room for a family of 5. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores. We highly recommend.

So close to the action of Shinjuku but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep! Perfect for families. By far our favorite place we’ve stayed at in all of Japan. We’re a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 13, 11 & 11. Would absolutely stay there again!

The hotel was clean, modern and in a wonderfully close location to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

Check in was smooth. Pre-Check in makes it easy. The price is good for what you get. Train stations are a short 5 min walk away. The same goes for convenience stores. The location is close enough to Shinjuku to walk and far enough away for quiet evenings. The beds are comfortable, trash is collected when asked. The shower, though small, is perfect. No issues with hot water or air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, I got everything for the night I stayed. Recommend to the people traveling with family.

We stayed in the superior room- Very nice and perfect for our family of five. Our fault for not mapping it ahead of time but, it is a little far from the train station.

Clean room, location was a 10minute walk away from Shinjuku station and convenience stores within 5 minutes of location. Check in and check out process very easy. Will come back again.

The space was a great size and very comfortable in a quiet area close to the heart of Shinjuku. Lots of fun bars and coffee shops around. Would highly recommend!

The room in itself was very clean and comfortable very well maintained and unique I will recommend this hotel 100% the 1 issue I had with a large family was the lift was small we had to take turns but that’s nothing

Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.

The place is clean, has a great location.
