The staff was very responsive. The cleanliness of the bedsheets was highlighted, as they seemed to be poorly cleaned and still had hair left. If it was just for resting, it was still possible to sleep because I was tired. Food had to be ordered using the gr..f..d app. Drinking water was provided in a dispenser, but there was no place to get it.

I got room 103, but the AC was very noisy. The bathroom shower head was broken, so the shower didn't work. I reported the staff and asked for a room change. The staff wasn't very friendly and was a bit curt. But I was still given a room on the upper floor. The staff gave me the key without showing me to the new room or asking for the old one. The building is okay. The parking lot is very spacious. The water is clear. The comfort is okay. The only suggestion for the hotel owner is that they should train the receptionists more to be more professional.
