Really like Skylake. Came here with my family. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Met Ms. Yuli who helped me during check-in, I asked for this and that and she still helped me. During checkout, Ms. Suci helped me, took great photos and videos. Thank you. One night but it was truly memorable. The view is very beautiful, they try very hard to maintain cleanliness, even though the flies are impossible to prevent. The jacuzzi is very comfortable 😭 Warm water, can soak until night. Thank you Skylake for the experience ❤️ Oh yeah, maybe the breakfast can be varied again. The kids ate all their breakfast 😆

The villa is so nice, clean room and surroundings, staff was very helpful and nice. Only the BBQ that we ordered was not as we expected for that price, but overall, we love the villa.

Ordered fried rice at night and it was really delicious, but there were so many flies that I didn't want to stay outside for too long, the sink tap didn't work, overall everything was good

Very quiet, nice view, quite close to Circle K, not noisy, almost complete facilities, just missing a spoon to stir coffee or tea.

I stayed with family for one night and it also has a nice view.

a toilet that is already wobbly, a leaking waste faucet, a bath towel that is dull and yellowing.

seriously, if you want to experience a quiet version of Bali, go to the edge of Lake Batur. Skylake is one of the best accommodation options. there are only 3 rooms, so you definitely won't be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of other visitors. the view is premium, really good. the staff: Gek Yuli & Gek Suci are very friendly and helpful. check in and check out are fast. the room is comfortable, but there are a lot of flies during the day/evening, that's just how it is in Kintamani, not the hotel's fault. that's all, I'm really impressed with Skylake. thank you.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect with a breathtaking view, especially for sunrise.

Only one drawback, when the sun is up the room becomes a bit hot. But everything is ok.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, all the problems are helped, when you arrive your suitcase immediately asks to be carried to the front of the room ☺. At night, there is also a bonfire, so it's really fun if you stay with your family.
