Great location in the city center, but because it's at an intersection, there's a lot of traffic passing by 24/7, so it's a bit noisy. The hotel is large, but it's just not well-maintained.

Moldy ceiling, no water heater and Wi-Fi.

I did not get according to the requirement. The AC was not cool enough, the toilet did not work, the wash basin did not work. We waited too long to get the new room.

Toothbrushes are not provided, only bath soap.

City hotel, close to everywhere... The most special thing is that at 4 in the morning you want to hang out along Jalan A. Yani, there are still many street vendors open selling coffee, don't forget Balinese food and yellow rice... Awesome.

Clean room, comfortable bed, around the hotel there are choices of cafes. I ordered a room without breakfast, but it turned out they provided breakfast facilities. Surprise in the morning :)

Worst hotel experience ever. I'm not fussy, I've stayed in hotels that a lot of people wouldn't. This place is the worst. I could not stay. Room smelled like a bad toilet. underneath toilet seat was not clean. ciated in stale piss. mirror had never been cleaned, paint was peeling off thecwalls and there was mould. Staff would notcmove me to another room. told me hotel was full. There was till 10 rooms available on Travelokka. I left, it was so bad I could not stay. I cannot stress enough, do not book this hotel. you will regret it.

The rooms are dirty, many facilities do not match the photos and descriptions.

The sheets are dirty, they haven't been replaced, and the tv channels are few and sometimes there are no errors.

The staff is friendly but cleanliness is very lacking please keep it clean especially the bathroom,

Friendly staff, interesting places are just a little poorly maintained, the bathroom and motorbike parking are not monitored even though there is CCTV.

The walls are cracked, the sheets have lots of spots.

I am tired & in a hurry, so I don't see the reviews, when I choose Oyo (transfer directly), because I have been on other Oyo, it looks good, it's sorry where I checked in. Overall no recommendation. Hopefully the quality will be improved next. 🙏

Less clean floors and bed sheets

Cleanliness is very lacking, rooms, bathrooms, poorly maintained room floors have never been mopped with lots of dust, bed covers also seem rarely in loundry, no hot water facilities, at that price it doesn't seem suitable.

The floor of the room and toilet is a bit dirty like crusty gt, the inner mattress still has sand. I see, if you just sleep, it's enough.

Great location, right in the middle of the city. Staff are friendly. it's just a shame, the cleanliness of the toilet is not paid attention, so it seems dirty.
