The villa is nice and clean, the view on the 3rd floor is special, the rooftop, complete facilities, Wi-Fi, karaoke, swimming pool is functioning well.

The place is cool because it is close to the mountains, comfortable, not noisy and very suitable for bringing children because there is a private pool.

As soon as I entered, my expectations were immediately shattered.. with the condition of the villa, the narrow villa road, the garage used by other villa visitors, the street lighting and garage were lacking, and as soon as I entered the villa it was very narrow, the swimming pool was more like a fish pond with murky water, lots of mosquitoes and flies, the condition of the room without AC, only a fan which was not suitable for the price of 1.7 million that I ordered. The condition of the sofa was shabby, I couldn't even bear to sit down. This is the worst villa I have ever ordered. Immediately went looking for another place to stay, VERY NOT recommended!

The price is worth it with a pool and 3 rooms, you can also do light cooking.
