The staff was wonderful in helping set up special touches for our stay. The private onsen was spectacular, the room itself was clean and comfortable. This was our favorite stay during our honeymoon in Japan by far, we will be highly recommending this to friends and family.

7c staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs. They really strive to accomplish the desired atmosphere of the place and provide a relaxing environment for their guests. The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. The only challenge was the location. But that’s not a fault of the hotel, just simply something to be mindful of in Kawaguchiko area as a whole.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The staff was incredible, the food and wine for dinner was amazing, breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning, the amenities are beautiful, and we even got to use complimentary bikes to explore the town and see some great views of Mt. Fuji. Overall 12/10 experience. Highly recommend this stay! We will be back!

This location is absolutely lovely; the private hot tub is incredibly relaxing, especially with the garden view. I appreciate the breakfast delivery service, allowing for a meal at my preferred time, and the inclusion of wine or juice (the wine was particularly delightful). It was a very comfortable stay overall. It's been the most pleasant accommodation I've experienced.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff super friendly. Location was good, about 15 mins walking to the lake. The staff helped me decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer, only had one night in the Mt. Fuji area but very glad we stayed here.

The Room is nice and comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although we could not see mount Fuji from the room, it was still highly recommended.
