The hotel is new and everything is fine. Clean. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center. Overall, I'd rate it 7.5/10.

The room is noisy because there's constant construction and drilling around it, and no soundproofing. The room is on the lowest floor. There aren't enough motorbikes for guests.

It would be nice if the hotel could book extra hours. Staying an extra 8 hours and having to pay for a whole day is a bit of a waste.

Greenview Hotel Dalat is a suitable choice for those who are looking for a new, clean and warm space in the cold weather. The rooms are modern, fully equipped, many rooms have a view of the cool green valley, very pleasant. The staff is friendly, attentive, the price is reasonable, so it is considered "worth the money". However, guests should note that the location is a bit far from the center and the room soundproofing is not really good, so it will be more suitable if you go with a motorbike for convenient travel.

Large room, no view. Large 2m bed, small family can sleep comfortably, room has bathtub. The only downside is that the bathroom/toilet arrangement is not reasonable because the toilet and bathroom are next to each other but separated by glass, have to enter through 2 different entrances. The weather is cold, after the baby goes to the toilet, he has to go around the bathroom to get hot water to bathe

Extremely bad experience at Greenview Hotel. I booked a room and noted early check-in at 5:30 am. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said there were no rooms available and I had to wait until one became available. What was even more annoying was that while I was sitting in the lobby for 6 hours, I saw that the priority was to clean the room for the guests who arrived later so they could check in. If the hotel cannot guarantee early check-in, they should at least proactively notify in advance so that guests can flexibly book an extra night the day before.
