I was surprised to see a girl from the east sitting by the pool in the morning mopping and throwing her mop into the pool. She was surprised when she saw me looking at her. She didn't understand what the SOP was for throwing her mop into the pool. Is this really a prank?

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your attention and feedback. We have checked the CCTV footage regarding the incident you reported. From your perspective, it may look as if the mop water was dumped into the pool, but in reality there is a floor drain at the edge of the pool and the water was flushed to the edge of the pool to rinse the floor, not into the pool. In addition, the person concerned is not a hotel housekeeping staff, but a laundry assistant who was asked to help mop the area around the pool. Horrible. Never coming back. They told me I had some slight towel stains and wanted to charge me. I said its reasonable stains that can be removed like when u walk outside and ur feet gets dirty, you wash and you wipe your feet.
They insisted to charge me otherwise their boss will get angry. And I insisted these stains can be removed. So I washed the towels in the hotel lobby bathroom. Next time tell your guests to bring their own towels then!! 💀💀💀

At first I was hesitant to book this hotel because there were no reviews yet, but because the photos looked good I just went for it and voila! The room in the photos and the real thing were the same! The hotel turned out to only be 2 months old according to the staff. The room was spacious, very clean, everything smelled good. I want to stay here again if I go to Bali but hopefully the price won't go up too much in the future hehehehe 😆.
