could be better. more details clean the room and bathroom replace/wash the curtains are very smelly. most importantly, please fix the water sometimes it comes out very hot sometimes very cold so it is very uncomfortable when taking a shower

The staff is friendly, and the rooms are very nice and luxurious. However, the breakfast is still standard, as you have to choose the menu upon check-in.

The staff was friendly and good view

The only 4-star hotel in Malino Highlands. Having come from Swissotel IKN, the building here is of similar quality. However, some things can't be helped. For example, there were blackouts and the hot water in the showers was not consistent. However, the effort by the staff in providing breakfast and the buggy rides was quite decent. There was also a public screening of a football match which I feel they should have publicised more. Netflix and Wi-Fi was outstanding, especially given that we are in the mountains. Water was provided and rooms were clean!

The staffs are very friendly. A little disappointed with the temperature of the shower water in the room where the hot water is on and off so it is very uncomfortable when taking a shower.

Amazed by the professional service, had time to ask who the hotel management was, it turned out to be the owner who took action, and other amazement came from the clean, neat and luxurious facilities, complete amenities exceeding similar star hotels, must try it yourself. Android TV and free golf cart around Malino city. Overall 90/100 (minus no rain shower)

Brand new hotel with reasonable room rates, clean room and facilities inside, streaming service from prominent providers are available on large screen TV, free city tour, free bikes to ride around. In a nutshell my stay in Double Nine Hotel was worth every penny 👍.

It's great, the first modern hotel in Malino, all the staff are friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is also quite good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, I will definitely come back again if I go to Malino again.
