Staying two nights here feels like it's not enough. It's so peaceful and chill. The view is top-notch. I'd love to come back someday.

Nice hotel view, comfortable room.

First time staying here, because the view is really cool & this is really cool in terms of view. To see the sunrise, you don't need to go far to the sunrise point, just open the cabin door and you can get a very beautiful view. The only downside in the cabin I stayed in was the hot water was only hot when the first person used it, after that the hot water seemed to stop working so it was only lukewarm. It works when left for half a day or overnight, but the staff was okay when I complained only in the morning because after breakfast I didn't check out for long so I didn't complain. It seems like this glamping is still new so it's not 100% so, for the elderly or disabled it's a bit less recommended because the walk to each cabin is quite hehe. But for you lazy people this is highly recommended.

Although the location is good and you get a good sunrise view, I'm quite disappointed with the room assigned to us, especially for my dear friend who has a leg problem and was required to climb up and down just to reach the camp and parking area. Our room was all the way down. It was also quite disappointing to know breakfast is not delivered to the room like those shown on TikTok videos. So I didn't go up for breakfast because the thought of going up is already tiring. The bedroom floor was quite dusty. The water heater also suddenly stopped working. My husband had to shower in normal temperature water. The bed was okay. It was just difficult to get up from it.

The hotel has a sunrise view and is very spacious, glamping style, with complete facilities.

We complained about the hot water not being on and slippers not being provided. Okay, that's fine. But the management was very kind in responding to our complaint and taking responsibility. Finally, we were given a solution to move to a place with hot water. And thankfully, we were given a larger cabin tent with a great view. Overall, Luxcamp is highly recommended. Hopefully, the shortcomings can be improved in the future.

The glamping site is strategically located on the main road, making it easy to find. The glamping facilities are complete, and the view of the sunrise and the sea of clouds is truly breathtaking. It's best not to have to go far to catch the sunrise; you can just watch it from your room. The only downside is that the hot water flow is sometimes slow and not very warm. Breakfast isn't very varied, but it's sufficient.

For safety, please make a more proper hand railing to access the room. It's so important for safety, especially for children.

The accommodation is located close to the main road in Dieng. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel grounds, rooms, and toilets are very clean and fragrant. The view from the accommodation is excellent, directly overlooking Mount Sindoro and Sumbing. In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise directly from your balcony without having to climb the hill. There is a restaurant, but the menu is not very extensive. Payment is made by bank transfer and is secure. Excellent and recommended for anyone planning a trip to Dieng.

Very disappointing. The biggest problem was the condition of the room. A pungent odor from the toilet drain filled the entire room. We even asked the staff to clean it again, but the smell returned and became even more intense throughout the night, making it impossible for the three of us to sleep. We finally decided to check out around 6:00 a.m. What was supposed to be a place to rest instead exhausted us, ruining our Dieng vacation plans. The staff were polite, but the receptionist was uncommunicative, making it seem unprofessional. The view from our unit was also less than optimal, as it was mostly covered by hills. Furthermore, the surrounding area still looked like undeveloped land, which didn't give the impression of a luxury camp. The name "Lux" doesn't quite fit the bill, as it still resembles unfinished land. The Rp250,000 barbecue package was also disappointing, as some of the beef had an unsavory odor. With a rate of over Rp1,000,000 per night, the experience was simply not worth it. Honestly, this was one of the worst stays I've ever had.

The staff was helpful, and the stay was pleasant. The only downside was that the toilet had stagnant water and the hot water ran out quickly. Overall, it was okay.

Best view and good service, but challenging access 😁

The staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. The BBQ at the restaurant was sold out, so we ordered elsewhere. Access is safe for city cars.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Luxcamp, the view is really good, the view of the mountains and the city of Wonosobo is very beautiful, no need to doubt it. Access to the inn is very easy, to get to the inn cabin is quite up and down because you have to go through stairs, not recommended if you stay with the elderly. for room service food is quite good, it's just a bit complicated because the order is via WA, because we are low season so the process is quite fast. there is a courier who helps to lift our things. for room cleanliness must be improved especially some spots like near the TV because there is dust and some spots for clothes cabinets. Hope luxcamp will Improve more the quality and services . Thank you

Access to the room is a long way down, the room is not comfortable and the price listed does not match expectations, overall the food is delicious.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the view is great, minus the road to the tent makes you out of breath 😂

The toilet was flooded, there was no water coming out for a while, the room was noisy with voices.
