Our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. The staff was so nice and offered restaurant recommendations! The bar area was very cool and the rooms were nice. Good beds, very clean, great shower. And we walked to everything we wanted to, about 15-20 min walk from all the sights! We would stay here again if we got to go to Florence again! I would tell friends or family to stay here.

Modern quite and clean

The staff provided a really friendly and accommodating service and the room and facilities were great. The self check-in process is a little lengthy but the staff are on hand to walk you through it.

We were greeted in a welcoming manner. Our room was spacious, breakfast had a lot of offerings, and the overall ambiance was relaxed and “hip”.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and spacious room. It was four of us-me, my husband and our two kids (6 and 13 yrs). There was enough area in the room for all of us. It is loft style so there is a bed upstairs and one downstairs. It is right in front of the tram station so if you need to go anywhere just hop on the tram. We walked a lot and it was easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi and other central area. Lot of restaurants near by the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Florence next time.

The stay was amazing. The staff were wonderful. The lobby was beautiful and the neighborhood was perfectly safe and clean. We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Modern and clean room

The Manager and staff were all very welcoming, pleasant and accommodations were beautiful. We also took our Daughter, her husband & 2 grandchildren. We were all in the Maison category rooms w/loft & able to open to a small balcony for fresh air. Rooms are sound proof, spacious & very modern altho bldg was built in the 1600’s. Lovely stay and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Recently remodeled with a fun music themed vibe. Super friendly staff and breat central location. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were super clean and well constructed so I never heard neighbors the 4 nights we were there. Food and drinks good. All around great hotel. Highly recommended.

Amazing beautiful rooms!!!

The hotel was super clean modern and fun. The room was large and love all the special extras in the room. The tram was right across the street just a few mins ride to the train station. Several great restaurants real close. I would recommend staying there.
