I booked the room and paid on the app, but when I arrived, I was charged an additional 200k fee. The staff did not proactively contact the guests in advance about the check-in process, they only answered after the guests called. I had to wait for them for more than 30 minutes to check in. The room did not have basic amenities, no hair dryer, no toothbrush, etc. Even the toilet paper was wet, the bathroom was dirty, and the TV had fingerprints on it. I texted the staff to ask for the wifi password, but they sent me the original text in English. I am Vietnamese, right? I am an English teacher myself, I really like English, but obviously you are working with Vietnamese people. For example, if you don't know English, do you have to copy your entire paragraph to translate it? Why don't you speak in English when talking about your unreasonable policy of charging extra fees? Then I will say it again. In general, you want to humiliate customers. You argue with every sentence you say. I have stayed at The Song many times before, but this is the worst apartment I have stayed at. Honestly, I don't dare to come back here at all.
