I stayed there for 5 nights in July the high season . The place was booked solid. They gave me a room overlooking the parking lot of the Hotel. When I asked to change the room they emphatically refused. I told for what I was paying which is higher than any other hotel in top seaside destinations I expected a better view than a parking lot! At least a garden , a pool or a partial sea view. The next day they said a room was available at an upgrade fee of $150. So please make sure when booking you are not booking the Marassi view. A very misleading name. Also their breakfast was average at best and ends at 10:30 for a vacation spot that is two early. But the rooms were clean and staff were helpful except for the room change issue.

Staff very friendly amazing property and shoutout to the UAE for putting a project like this in Egypt honestly great and amazing location and idea. The staff were friendly and not pushy with asking for tips compared to other places always asking for tips. Also one thing they need to work on is knowing the difference between the ice americano and iced espresso very important for coffee lovers hehe. Other than that i really recommend it for to others worth your money!!!

One of the best hotels in Egypt, very convenient for families with kids and for couples as well. Very clean rooms, golf cars to the beach, all the staff were welcoming, smiling and trying to do their best so you can really enjoy your stay there.

The views were amazing

VIDA Marina Marassi left my husband and I in awe! We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until check out. We were greeted by the Duty Manager, Nada who was not only polite and professional, but also a breath of fresh air to work with a we wanted to upgrade our room. She went up herself to make sure everything was up to standard before we received the keys! The day before check in we called the hotel to double check on our booking details and some logistics relating to our marriage license… We spoke to Seham who was truly wonderful, she answered all of our questions and double checked with her supervisors on everything before getting back to us. She called us back multiple times to make sure we’re taken care of and that everything is set before we arrive. The room was so clean and the view was breathtaking on the Marina… we were greeted by a sweet note and a welcome cake! We ate at both restaurants SOCAL and Origins and both were truly amazing! Mohammad and Abdallah were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we need. At check out we were greeted by Rewan who was the cherry on top of our stay wishing us well and answered all of our questions as we are planning to come back in August! To everyone at VIDA Marina - we had a blast and were blown away by the level of service and professionalism matched by the welcoming staff and phenomenal atmosphere! We weren’t planning another trip to Egypt this year, but because of this wonderful experience we will!

The hotel manager (Mr. Ahmed Farag ) and concierge ( Mr. Adham ) at this hotel were exceptional. The hotel manager was always attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were organized and efficient in handling any issues or requests that we had during our stay. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and making reservations for us. Overall, the hotel manager and concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly commendable. We highly recommend this hotel based on our positive experience with the hotel manager and concierge.

Die Unterkunft war sauber die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Schönes Hotel bis auf die Durchgangstüren in den Zimmern. Die Zimmer Türen sind sehr hellhörig.
