I’ve never stayed at a Tru before. It’s very “IKEA-ish”. No true closet, no drawers, but good layout. The staff here were outstanding! The pancake machine left much to be desired but the lobby/breakfast area was extremely inviting. The coffee was good and they had flavored creamers. Overall, not a bad experience.

Front desk was extremely friendly...very welcoming after a long drive...the hotel was very clean, great open spaces to hang out and breakfast hit the spot... loved the coffee!

About 11 pm Saturday evening there were a numberof kids banging doors, running down the hall and talking loudly. It woke me up and made me stay awake for almost an hour

I booked this room last minute thru hotels.com, looking for a pet-friendly room. What they didn't tell me anywhere on the listing was the $75 fee for a pet.....imagine my surprise when I arrived and was billed the additional fee. The hotel had no idea I was bringing a pet so we ended up on the 3rd floor, having to use the elevator which my pet was NOT thrilled about.

The stay was great, this is definitely one of the quieter ones.

This facility was very clean, check in was smooth, ample parking spaces and easy to find. They had a free breakfast, what we had was good, maybe could have had a few more options.

First time staying at a Tru by Hilton. I must say I was impressed by the simplicity and cleanliness. Wish I had had a longer time there to enjoy the exercise room. Loved it and will definitely consider them a top choice in the future. My only complaint is the small refrigerator and not much fresh fruit for breakfast.

Hannah who checked us in could use a class or two on her attitude. Never even faked a smile. Wasn't helpful with regard at Hilton rewards questions at all. Colleen, Carolyn and Brandon were complete opposites the next morning. Smiles and so friendly and engaging. We were laughing and talking as if we knew them for years!
