huge room, suitable for family. had indoor playground, my kids enjoyed it. infront Komtar, easy access KK 24hrs shop & kedai makan.

The hotel room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is in the middle of town. The price is affordable, with private parking at the back area of the hotel. Really recommended.

There are cockroaches on the bed cover and on the floor, it's really dirty.

The room's AC was not cold, the safety box was broken and we asked for it to be replaced. We had to climb the stairs to the lobby, it was very troublesome to have to lift our suitcases up the stairs.

AC kamar tidak dingin, safety box rusak lalu kami minta diganti. Harus naik tangga ke lobby, sgt repot hrs angkat koper naik tangga.
