I was SO impressed with Okana!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and that means the most to me when staying somewhere. Everything from the rooms to the waterpark was extremely clean and inviting. Can't wait to go back!!!

Everything is new. Not happy with staff service. Lady working at the checkin to water park this morning has a rude way of speaking with people. Coffee at the Starbucks severed the wrong bites and charged for one more coffee which was not purchased. Manger was nice and reimbursement the payment. When we came to the room none of the lights were working. Saturday wrist band stopped working. House keeping came in made one bed and left the other bed unmade. I called front desk and asked if they can have house keeping come in 20 mins to make the bed, they said they will. Came back to the room after an hour still not made. Notified them again came back to room around 10pm still not completed. We were told check out was 10 am then during checkout front desk said 11am. Very poor costumer service from staff. Wont be returning since there are several options for resorts with good coustomer service by staff.

Pool was clean but i feel the supervision by some of the lifeguards at the kid's pool was not as attentive. He was talking with other staff, distracted by people passing by. Our grandson was able to slide down the slide face down multiple times and then when the lifeguards' changed places, he was then instructed it was not safe to do that. We were glad the young man caught this before he was hurt.

This is our 3rd time staying at Okana. We stayed this time for our daughter's 10th birthday and all the girls had a blast! My only negative thing to say is that we were denied a late check out, which the hotel has accommodated the last 2 times we stayed here.

Some of the indoor water park was closed, but overall it was nice.

It’s all in one you could honestly spend all your time there never having to leave and not get bored!

Manager on duty unhelpful to resolve overcharge of extra night.

My only complaint is there are no microwaves in any of their suites.

Should of had the outside pool open it. It.was hot enough outside. Other then that it was ok.

Electronic wristbands were required for everything. They act as the keys to your room as well. Our wristbands did t work all weekend. We had to replace them 4 times and ended up locked out of our room at midnight with a trip back down to the front desk to replace them AGAIN. The tv didnt work and the wifi wouldnt connect in our room either. The pros was the resort was a fun place to hang out eat and enjoy the waterpark. The arcade was fun the first day but was very limited for play and activities. Kids probably wouldnt get bored here tho. Unfortunately the out door Okasis as they call it is closed after labor day despite temps well high enough still to enjoy outdoor swimming and sun basking.

Everything was clean, so much to do, we had a blast!

i dont think I will visit this property again.
