- As far as I remember, from the hotel guard's information, there are 3 Superior rooms here. But the condition that matches the one in the application photo is only 1. Even then, the bathroom is dirty, not as clean as in the application photo. The Superior room that I got was in a very different condition: shabby appearance, still dusty especially on the curtains and floor. But the bathroom was clean (you can see it in the video I attached). - Even though the bathroom in my room was clean, when I checked in there was still dirt/dried t*i left in the toilet. So I had to ask the staff to clean it first. - The mattress was also sagging. It smelled too, either from the mattress or the sheets. - There were 2 chairs but they were dusty and looked dirty. - There were 2 power outlets, but they were a bit high so it was difficult to charge your phone, especially the one next to the bed. If the plug near the headboard was still workable, the phone could still be placed on the headboard. Even then, the backrest was dusty. - The hotel's location is actually strategic on the side of the main road, it's just that the people here really like to use loud exhausts so it's really noisy. Then on the last day before check-out, suddenly a person selling steamed buns came in - But the hotel guard was very kind, we were offered to move to the Superior room advertised in the app as soon as the room was empty (because I had complained at the beginning about the condition of the room I got), but we didn't move rooms because the bathroom was dirty and the location was more in front (so the loud exhaust was noisier).

The place is right on the side of the road, near warteg, housing, indomaret, alun-alun, dusun bambu, lembang park & zoo. But because it is very far away, I almost missed the hotel because the hotel name is small. The hotel is like a house, I got a room at the bottom corner. The mattress is soft and comfortable, the atmosphere also makes me miss it. The water is nice and cold, the hot water only lasts a short time. There is no AC but it is already very cold. There are many sockets too. The atmosphere at night is still crowded on the streets, so it is nice to feel the atmosphere of Bandung at night. There are also many snacks at night and in the morning. The cleanliness of the pantry needs to be improved, because I saw there were animals. Because of the strategic access, it is congested during holidays. The guards are also very friendly.

Friendly staff, no AC in the room but cold, cleanliness there is 1 cockroach in the bathroom & 1 cockroach behind the room door, those who bring children should not go to the 2nd floor balcony because the sound of motorbikes from outside is noisy, my child couldn't sleep because of the noisy sound of motorbikes & cars. Strategic location, there are many food vendors in front & around the hotel, wifi is available. Drinking water is provided and can be used for hot drinks

tidy bedroom & clean bathroom, no AC & fan but the air is cool, friendly staff, there is a deposit of 100 thousand but it will be returned when you check out, there is hot water in the bathroom. The only negative is that at night it is noisy with vehicle noise because the hotel is located in front of the road

For a day's rest, it's quite comfortable. The hot water is on. It just so happens that the neighbors next door are noisy in the middle of the night and their voices are clearly audible so I can't sleep (young men and women chatting in the middle of the night are very disturbing). For the hotel, I recommend it, it's really easy to find food. There are lots of food stalls around the hotel, close to the market, the town square, just walk. FYI, the road is one way so when you first get to the hotel, you'll have to go around a bit. Thanks
