Hotel was pretty standard. Felt clean and bed was comfortable. There’s a full kitchen which would be really nice for a long stay if you don’t want to eat out the whole time. Parking was horrendous. There is limited on-site parking for a high daily charge, so everyone parks on the street. Parking filled up fast and we had to drive multiple laps around the block every time we needed to park. Never found parking very close and had to walk quite a ways to the hotel entrance. Hotel was nice, but don’t think I’d stay here again because of the headache it was to park the car.

It was our first time at the Sonder LoHi apartments. My family and I loved the concept of having the freedom of a hotel with the space and amenities of a home. Both check in and check out were very easy. Our apartment was at a corner, so it had a very nice view. The area surrounding the building was very nice and clean. We walked about 12 minutes to have dinner a very nice Italian restaurant. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the gym and the swimming pool but took a pick and both looked very nice. We parked on the street because the parking lot fee was a little pricey; other than that it is a perfect place to stay. We definitely recommend it, and will stay there again when we come back to Denver.

Nice accomodations for a long weekend(or more) stay. Everything you need if you want to cook in, or some great restaurants within walking distance.

We were very happy with our stay at Sonder Skyline Lohi. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, and everything felt modern and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay at a Sonder property again!

The place was very clean. It was nice to have our own clothes washer and dryer in our room. The location is in a nice area not too far from downtown. It was quiet. No homeless near by. The curtains do not close out the light at all. I was not sent the garage code and had the wait 45 minutes on hold to get a hold of someone to park my car. The door did not lock when we left to do excursions the first morning and had to leave and hope

Would have liked to have been given a courtesy heads-up that I was parking in the wrong parking spot. That’s all. I had no malicious intent - I thought I was parking in the correct spot. Instead, Sonder just went ahead and towed our car. With my daughter’s softball bag, with all her equipment in it that she needed for the Denver Sparkler softball tournament, in it. Nightmare. Absolute nightmare. My daughter was devastated. All because I was in the wrong row.

Signage to the exercise room could be better. Perhaps more towels in the room. Otherwise it was wonderful

Loved this "apartment-style" stay with our family. The rooms were large and comfy offering plenty of space and room for luggage. The property amenities were awesome - the pool/hottub and other activities were a nice touch. We walked into downtown Denver, which was a little far, but doable.

Clean, convenient and well stocked for a multi-day stay. I guess the most positive comment is that we would definitely book this property again.

The property is very clean and nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was bothering was the parking.

Sonder property was easy to access via the app. Very clean and a very nice view to the Denver area. We were very close to the high mile stadium and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Place was amazing. Proximity to the stadium was a plus!!

Would not stay at this Sonder again

I booked and paid for a room with a balcony. My room did not have a balcony. The concierge at the hotel said she would submit a request that the additional charge for the balcony would be refunded to me. I received my bank statement for the refund, which has not been credited to my account.

It was a nice property and clean and in order. I would have like to have known up front that there is no available parking and that there was a daily charge to use what was available. I had a difficult time finding the room (my kids and walked all around the building at the end of a long day of travel) and was sent to the wrong room by one of the customer service agents when I called their helpline. The agent who was the MOST HELPFUL WITH THE PROCESS AND WHO MADE THE DIFFERENCE FOR US STAYING after our frustrating check-in process and finding the room was MAE! She deserves some HUGE KUDOS. Had she not helped the way she did I was ready to cancel the room and find a new place to stay. All that said Sonder was clean, well kept and secure. I was comfortable staying there with my kids. If I have to choose to stay in Denver again I will keep Sonder on my list.

It’s a shame when they build such a beautiful building and then spend so little money training staffing and managing the building. The few interactions we had with staff were substandard. When I am standing in front of a person operating a desk and they’re looking at their phone finishing their text message and then look up and offer to help me, not great. The staff let us know that they were out of body soap and had been for some time. They offered a bar of soap that was an inch square. The elevator would not open in the lobby, they recommended going down a floor and walking back up the stairs. One of the outlets in our room was not operational. The last five years of traveling this was without a doubt our worst experience and we will definitely not be using Sonder going forward.
