I booked 5 rooms and noted how many double and single rooms. However, when I arrived, all the rooms were single rooms, small beds, 2 people were cramped - The room was not clean, the guests checked in but the towels of the previous guests were still in the closet, not cleaned - The room was not cleaned until after 3pm with the reason that there were many guests checking in and there was no time to clean - Breakfast: the time was recorded from 7-10am, however, after 7am, there was no food left, white rice and bread were a lot, there was nothing left to eat - The swimming pool is not located in the hotel premises, more than 300m away - The location is on the frontage, however, taking the car to the old town is quite difficult, the hotel image and reality are very different Advice for those who want to experience Nature Resort Hoi An: consider before booking

Clean and beautiful room space. Airy. Beautiful scenery. Reasonable location for accommodation. Food quality needs to be improved and service staff need to have a conversation to limit noise when cleaning the room. Especially, the room should be cleaned when the guest leaves the room, should check if the guest is in the room? If so, do not knock on the door or come in to clean because the guest needs to rest from 12pm to 2pm.

The room is extremely clean and beautiful, the space is airy and extremely chill🤗. The staff is super cute too 🥰. Will definitely come back next time🤗🤗

The staff and the cleaning ladies are very enthusiastic and hospitable. The hotel is far from the old town but has free bicycles. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean and tidy. This is a place worth experiencing.

Check in took a long time, the swimming pool is far away and not in the resort. Everything else is great.

I found all the facilities quite old, the toilet. The bedding was average. Initially I was given a room that smelled very bad from the toilet, the pillows were moldy and smelly, the toilet had hair and lots of mosquitoes but the hotel changed me to another room. Advantages: the surrounding space was quiet for resting.

Friendly and helpful staff! Clean room, fully equipped. Very good breakfast!
