The lobby was well used, and smelled musky/mouldy. There were basic facilities in the room, no milk portions or anything for a basic instant coffee in the morning. The Cabinets behind the TV were broken and hanging from the wall off the hinge. The slot for power (room card insert) fell off the wall when I put the card in. Making it interesting to keep the power on in the room. Other than that, the room was clean and presentable.

Bed was hard and cheap, could feel the springs through the mattress topper they tried to hide it with, build up of dust around corners of room, dirty bathroom/shower, air con filters were extremely disgusting.

Budget friendly

Only had access to C7 Network, others had little or no signal. Insufficent crockery for 2 people, 1 drinking glass was unusable, no wine glasses. Every surface in the room needed a good scrub. Needless to say this was our first and last visit. Location was great.

Good hotel just a little aged and run down but rooms were fine and hotel is good walking distance to Eat Street Northshore

Perfect for a 1 night stopover. Would have been useful to have some washing up items. Ie. cloth, washing liquid & tea towel as I had no way of washing up my dishes - sorry I had to leave in sink. Shower floor incredibly slippery too.

Newly renovated. Basic room but nice and clean. Perfect for location to Hamilton and great value for the price.

Perfect

This place is a good price and well positioned for dining. Pool and surrounds needs a good clean guys! Comfy bed and room ok if not a little small. Beware the slippery shower floor, this is absolutely an accident waiting to happen. They warn you but that will not prevent a fall as it is super super slippery.

Excellent

The motel provided good check in instructions as we arrived after hours. The room was tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay. Definitely recommend.

foyer great, parking great, close to eating amenties great, close to airport great. room stank of cigarettes, bed not made properly, mattress uncomfortable and hard - had to ask to be moved - new room was a disabled on - not much better but at least smoke free.
