For the price the hotel is pretty good but still can't overcome it's horrible placement. On top of a seemingly abandoned bus terminal and parking garage, getting taxi and car services to actually go to the lobby is difficult, and the varied closing of gates in the evening making it challenging to even access the lift that does go from ground level to the hotel. I was travelling with friends, and their room didn't have a hair dryer, with the bizarre explanation that only rooms above a certain floor had a hair dryer. I had one, but it didn't work. There is a LOT of noise from the street at night.

The place is quite clean, only the smell of the floor carpet can be felt, walking to the hotel is not safe.
