Budi Residence 1l accommodation is not a hotel but just a boarding house...no towels, toiletries provided, I had to pay 50k for it, even though when checking out 25k will be returned.. television, customer service is annoying, unfriendly and seems arrogant! this is the first time I have stayed when I arrived and was asked where the proof of payment and booking code were.. really unprofessional. the room is damp and not comfortable at all. There are lots of cockroaches, flies, etc. in the room.. I videoed everything from the beginning of arrival until leaving after 30 minutes of checking in.. I immediately canceled the check out and chose Sahid Jaya 5⭐️ which was only 100k different after almost 30 minutes of checking in with great disappointment👎 I suggest that this place be evaluated again on the Traveloka list.. it's a long way to go. the location is in a housing complex that is isolated from shopping centers and main roads, also don't display the distance that is not appropriate which is said to be 163m from Siloam Hospital, it turns out to be more than 1km

The room is okay, comfortable. But it could be improved because the damp smell comes from the old wooden cupboard, the pillows also smell maybe they could be replaced
