It's ok for the price

Very central. Room basic however was spacious and nice to have option of cooking etc

door handle was broken, pointed this out to owner. nothing was fixed. toilet was also broken. property not clean

The room was in awful condition. Things practically hanging off. E.g Shower Head, TV etc. Expanding foam underneath toilet everywhere. Kettle in a hard to reach location. No indication of how you actually check into the building or actually enter said building.

My room was upgraded with much more space and cleaner environment. Host is helpful for moving my suitcase and change to the key with entrance bib.

Decent place - cheap and cheerful, no frills but paid a good price for it and it was good for what I was here for, just a night's sleep

The Matt is comfortable for double room, but the cleaning must be improved especially for the carpet and kettle.

In the center of croydon. Lots of restaurants and shops around. No need for transportation

The location is very convenient connecting buses to East Croydon. Restaurants nearby are in variety of choices in different cuisines. Staff is helpful to move my luggage up to 2/F. The worst is the window curtain cannot be opened and fixed so the sunlight cannot get in the room. Luckily I got my strap fixed the curtain. And because the ventilation is bad so there is unpleasant smell when you firstly entered the room. The bathroom has no hooks to hang the towel which is not good to dry it up especially if you stay for more than one night. The wardrobe hangers are too less too. You can’t hang more than one set of clothes and pants. The kitchen is good but the pots are too old to cook, afraid of the chemical residue that causes cancer! All in all, it’s a Three Star aparthotel, can’t complain too much with reasonable price.

Okay place to stay, decent if you want somewhere cheap close to the town centre. Also convenient if you're walking ot taking public transport. Don't get your hopes up on the mattress quality or the cabinets maintaining their structural integrity. Overall 3/5 stars.
