Room 22 all furniture had Formica edges peeling. Seagull mess on patio doors all week not cleaned.Shower over bath was almost non existent.Carpets stained and in need of a shampoo.Hotel was very hot no fans available.Breakfast £18 each I didn’t think was good value.Had to cut our break short by one day and no money offered back despite them being able to re let the room

The location was very good. The double room booked was very small with a smaller than average double bed. Most disappointing was the very stained and dirty looking carpet. The bedding and towels were good quality and the new bathroom was nice with a good hot shower. The carpet spoiled the whole experience for me

The stay was really enjoyable with clean spacious room with great view. A lovely dining area very comfortable and good cheerful service. If I have one small issue is that the breakfast could have been a little warmer but having said it was nicely cooked and certainly did not affect the comfort of my stay. Big thank you

Prime location overlooking the beach . Yiu can go to sleep to the siund if the waves. Super clean rooms with comfy beds and powerful shower . Lovely breakfasts with cook to order hot options.

The location, the sea view, the lift, the bed comfort, the parking, the breakfast...

We had a partial sea view, this was better than it sounds as we could see the sea from our bed and enjoyed watching the waves crashing

A huge thank you to Azeem, Yanu and Rajeen who made my stay extra special. They catered to my very demanding needs with enthusiasm. The hotel is ideal, right on the beach with beautiful views. The only downside is that there is no fridge inside the room, but this is minimal given all the other perks. The hotel's interior is meticulously decorated with love and care. It gives a unique, homely feel. I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely return if ever the opportunity presents itself.

The room was spotless when we arrived, staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Suman.

Wonderfully situated overlooking the beach and for going straight into Town for shops and restaurants. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that you could wish for. The breakfasts and evening meals were super with a wide range to cater for every taste.The staff were attentive but never intrusive. We would certainly stay there again.

Parking was easy and secure and convenient to town but quiet. A partial view of the sea proved to be an excellent view without being in the front.

Staff are so warm and welcoming, the hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. My room warm and comfortable with everything you need right down to an umbrella.

Room was very clean , WARM , & well presented - delighted to have a verandah for a dramatic sea view .Staff pleasant, yet business like .Parking efficiently organised.

The room was very basic and cheap looking with net curtains 8inc too short and a filthy radiator! The tv kept cutting out the tv reception was terrible! The shower flooded the bathroom and when l reported it to reception l was told there was no other room available and the man on reception bought some towels and mopped up the sodden floor with them and said to take the drainage filter out when using the shower in future . I told him about the other issues we had with the room and he said there was nothing he could do and left!
