Room was clean, simple and comfortable. Staff was gracious and helpful.

Nice area but parking was challenging

The Wi-Fi access points did not work at all in our room on the 2nd floor throughout our stay. Staff informed us that this could not be remedied because it was an extended weekend... this was a major annoyance. The area is nice and conveniently situated, though there were lots of roadworks in the area at the time of our stay. Staff were friendly and positive.

Good value for money. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny (built in the sixties i guess) and not sound proof but building is within walking distance of cathedral and dinner at the restaurant was sumptuous

We liked that the property had a restaurant that served local food! We did not like that the sheets kept coming off of the bed during the night

The staff was wonderful , helpful. The location is excellent if you’re interested in Saint Therese. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The bathroom is small but clean. There is no air conditioning

They do not have air conditioning or any fan. To much hot at night.

A great stop over hotel on our way back from South West France. Clean and tidy room, great location and very reasonably priced.

It is close to all of the St Theres landmarks, food and shopping. Parking is challenging and expensive but you don not pay any entrance fees for all of the historical sites so it all evens out.

Good city centre location

Wifi problems - had to re-login in every time I put the phone down. Room was stylish and nice. There is not a person at the front desk at all times so be careful not to get locked out.

Place is small, dated, not much amenities, but consistent with pictures, star rating, and price. Hotel condition expectations were right on for a small hotel in a little rural town. What exceed expectations are the excellent staff, and the great onsite restaurant. The food is exceptional.

Great location in the centre of town. On-street overnight parking available (in February). Hotel restaurant was simply superb, great use of local produce. Flambee apple tart fantastic.

The hotel is very well located. Staff is very friendly and speak English! My room had humidity so I had to open the window and it helped a lot. The toilet smell bad, so I had to put shampoo on the toilet to make it smell ok, but I think it was not due to lack of cleaning, but due to old building. Anyway, for the price paid it is a good option!

Very accommodating and helpful staff. There's once when I reported on cold heating system, I was given extra blankets which was very helpful. Thank you.

This hotel is very well situated in The center of town and is one block away from a large free parking lot. The restaurant is fantastic for a meal and I highly recommend it. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price for two people. The major drawback was the tiny room with a shower that turned from hot to cold at any time. We had a room at the front of the hotel and the street lamp shown quite brightly all night through the curtain. But for the price, this was a good choice for two over 60 year olds.

Whilst the room was small, it was quiet with a confortable bed, though the windows could do with some decent curtains which were fairly sheer and allowed a lot of outside light into the room.
