The air con was not working and so it was a very uncomfortable over night

Room was clean and comfortable parking was easy - too far to walk and no easy public transport into Bourges centre however walkable restaurants and fantastic boulangerie nearby.

Excellent hotel, very clean and comfy room. Great that there's someone on the front desk to greet you and help with check in. The breakfast is also very good and set us up for another long day in the car. Keep up the good work.

Comfortable

The check in time of 1600 is a bit late. Most hotels allow check in at 1400 or 1500.

Easy access to autoroute. Restaurants nearby. Goid breakfast.

Great hotel as a stop over. Bourges was a great city to explore. The hotel is located well if you have a car to drive to the city. The beds are comfortable and the room is a decent city for france standard. The breakfast is also decent for france.

Very good for a peaceful overnight stay with a very comfortable bed, and so convenient with such near access to the motorway junction. Bathroom could do with a refresh.

An utterly dreadful hotel, particularly for the price. The rooms smelt musty and unpleasant, the carpet was worn and the shower and windows were covered in mould. We paid more than £80 for a family room that was meant to sleep four people. We arrived to find three beds - a double and a single. On further inspection, we found a made-up pull-out bed underneath the double, but there was no space to put it up. Eventually, we wedged it at the foot of the double bed, which cut off half the room, unless we climbed over the bed with our sleeping children in. We also had one towel to share between four of us. Check-in was slow, mainly as people have to pay on arrival, and communication was difficult, with the staff on reception using a translation app to speak to customers. Drinks had to be purchased via the front desk too, and there was no outdoor seating, not even a couple of benches. Grim, extortionate and inefficient - avoid!

Extremely easy access from motorway. Super smooth checking and payment. Several decent restaurant options within walking distance. Parking with security cameras and gate that locks at night. Spacious room but quite worn out, particularly in the bathroom/toilet area, which did not look as clean as other newer ACE hotels used in the past. A couple of bugs spotted walking on the carpet - it was a ground floor room after all.

Great location for a stopover very close to the E11 motorway. Good value, basic hotel. Quick and friendly check in. Decent sized clean room. Just a shame they allow delivery lorries shortly after 6am which woke us up.

I did not like paying 5 euris above the hotel's rack rate just because I booked through Expedia. I would have got a better rate by booking directly with the hotel!!!

It was a clean and warm place to stay the night. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
