The hotel is clean staff were good but the whole place could do with a refurb- tiles were up in the bathroom - table that the coffee machine sits is falling apart- no kettle and parking yes is tandem and if you are leaving early you have to wait for someone to ring whoever is blocking you in

Free parking was good. Room quite dusty and stains on the carpet. Paintwork was chipped and flaky and there was lose wallpaper and sloppy painting. Bathroom door handle was loose, bathroom cabinet wouldn't open and toilet seat was wobbly. Girl on reception tried to tell us it was meant to be wobbly. TV in room, coffee machine and kettle provided. We were able to get hairdryer from reception.

Brilliant customer service. Sadly our bathroom had a leak so the floor was completely wet, day and night.

Absolutely lovely staff very polite and helpful and welcoming. First impressions of the hotel are lovely its clean welcoming and fresh feeling. Unfortunately the mattress in our room (22) was absolutely awful! Not fit for sleeping on at all. We made do for 1 night but had our stay been longer I couldn’t have done it. It pinged creaked and flattened like a pancake upon sitting or laying. You could seriously pick up a free one on marketplace in better condition than that was in. However everything else was great nice hot powerful shower. Room smelt amazing the incense pot was beautiful smelling. It was clean and to a good decorated standard. But please replace the mattress!

Tvs are not 32 inch,you have to leave a 50 security deposit and they also want id, driving licence or passport, i think that's excessive when you have already paid for room,rooms don't get cleaned i was there 3 days not even a bin empty

Room was very basic, but we didn’t miss anything.. We did not have expectations but for the price we paid and considering that it is 5 min to the beach it was all good. The lady checked us in 3 hours earlier which was very appreciating, thank you.

I had two separate rooms. Staff were polite and rooms were clean - however, both rooms had no heating (January!) and windows were not closing properly, so it was freezing cold all night. I had to be up early and at 6am there was no hot water and so I couldn’t take a shower. Music was played in reception downstairs late and sound insulation is poor in this place, so if you are looking for a quiet and early night you won’t get it at this hotel. Overall - very disappointing

Very basic room, tiny bathroom, bed was uncomfortable, no cupboard for hanging clothes, only one main light and no bedside lights, and the room stank of cigarette smoke, not nice for us non smokers.

Parking on site is east. Very secure. All the staff are very helpful for individual need. I needed medication stored; there were no issues. A hidden jem.

The listing says they might ask for ID. They will ask for ID and will refuse to check you in if you don't have one. The listing also claims daily housekeeping but there wasn't. Watch out for the door to your room slamming on the powerful springs so as to not disturb your neighbours. Not too much disturbing the nearby rooms with the noisy shower pump, meanwhile, as the tray fills up with water and you won't take too long as a consequence.
