Yet again the staff are really friendly and my room was immaculate. This is my thirds stay and i will always stay here when I'm working in the Hull area.

I booked this hotel at very short notice while preparing to travel from the northeast of Scotland to visit a seriously ill family member for what was expected to be a final visit. Unfortunately, on the morning of our planned departure for the 8-hour journey, we received the sad news that our family member had passed away, meaning the trip was no longer required. We contacted the hotel immediately to explain the exceptional circumstances and respectfully requested a refund or goodwill consideration. Regrettably, the request was declined and the booking charge was upheld. While I understand that hotels operate within cancellation policies, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and compassion shown given the circumstances. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident recommending this company to others.

Helpful and friendly staff, the room was clean and there were full instructions on operating the heating ( feel the cold!). The bed was very comfortable, but we both found the pillows rather firm and inflexible. Dinner was excellent, leaving us too full to sample breakfast. Plenty of parking as this is a wedding venue.

Happy with our stay at this hotel outside of Hull. Parking availability and proximity to roadways influenced our choice. Somewhat remote location, but good restaurant onsite. Safe, quiet, clean, and pleasant staff.

There was a small double mattress on a very large bed frame. It was not comfortable. There was only one bath towel for 2 of us. There was a saucer missing. My room wasn’t cleaned as requested ( only the bed was made) The staff were friendly.
