My two night stay was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Kara was a perfect host.

The hosts are lovely people who are only pleased to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Room was very clean and well supplied with tea and coffee making needs. The b&b is about 6 minutes walk to the sea front and 15 to 20 minutes walk to the town centre, railway and bus stations. There are bus stops directly outside too. We loved it here and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent B&B. Large, well-equipped, very quiet room. Good breakfast. Really friendly, helpful, organised owner. We'll almost certainly be staying again.

LOVELY PRIVATE RUN FACILITY BY SIMON AND CARLA. VERY TASTEFULLY APPOINTED ROOM. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, this is a First Class place to stay, every little detail is well thought through. Food was delicious and Kara was so friendly and welcoming, an ideal base for Arundel and other local sites. Would recommend to all my friends and will go back in the future.

No menu was offered for breakfast. Starters very poor.Cook smoking inbetween cooking the breakfast.Coffee not replaced in bedroom for 2 nights.One night no biscuits.Beds never remade each day.

I'm looking forward to having a reason to stay here again. The owners are great people, met me when I arrived and my room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was great!

A beautifully appointed room, absolutely charming and helpful hosts, even the weather was perfect! The hosts went out of their way to make everything comfortable, and the food was delicious. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

This is a very comfortable hotel with everything at the 'top end' of what might be expected. The breakfasts were amazing and some nice touches such as complimentary savoury pancakes and a delightful quiche for lunch are nice touches.

Wanted a short break and going on reviews was lucky to get booked at Berry House. Pleasant welcome, lovely room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Given tips on places to dine.
