Lovely old coaching inn, well located for visiting the theatre at Kilworth. Delightfully wonky floors but pleasant, spacious rooms and a fan provided for the rather warm evenings. Delicious and plentiful breakfast with lots of choice.

Lovely old building with lots of charm, has a beautiful courtyard to have a drink in. Room had lovely view of the courtyard. Really good breakfast in the morning with very friendly staff. Room nice and clean with beams in ceiling, with lots of character! Only downside is they don’t do food at lunch or dinner time, but found a lovely Italians round the corner (cheikhos) and really good value, as was the coaching house!

A 300 year old coach house modern.. but not the Hilton You should not expect the newest premier inn upgrades .. but old world charm reasonably priced.. cheap local parking.. if arriving after 6pm free parking.. but from 7am to be paid .. £5;for a whole day .. breakfast hand made .. like a home cooked B&B .. flexible menu

It is a lovely old coaching inn with many of the original features. The bar area is nice and in good weather there is a lovely courtyard to sit in and have a drink. There is no restaurant but breakfast is included. And the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel with a massive range of food on offer. Our room was a little difficult to get to. Request a lower floor if you have accessibility issues. We really recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

Very pleasant courtyard and restaurant. Excellent and varied options for breakfast. Restaurant not open for evening meals. Traffic noise was appalling with lorries non stop all night. Avoid Room No.6 ..... £72 for little or no sleep 😡

Probably the best value for money stay I have ever had across hundreds of hotels throughout the world. We paid just £63 for two adults and a toddler and we had a beautiful loft room with old beams throughout, an ensuite with a shower and a bath, a separate office and we all had breakfast included at that price too. Buffet + smoked salmon & poached eggs. Unbelievable value.

If you want straight lines and new, this is not for you but. If you’re like us and like a really lovely experience in an old coaching inn you’ll love it here. The staff are fantastic Robert the owner great guy. The breakfast is to die for. On a warm night sitting in the courtyard amongst the greenery and when the lights come on it’s magical. Thank you so much guys you’re clientele were so nice to us to. This is a reflection of your hosting. Be back soon 👍👍 oh and buy the way the ale was good too. 🍺

A lovely old coaching inn very atmospheric. Old means no aircon so hot summer nights not great. No restaurant for dinner but breakfast was fine and there are plenty of nearby eateries - we had a pub meal first night, excellent indian on evening two and a pizza on the last day, all within 5 minutes walk. Nice bar with a very large collection of malt whiskeys if that is your fancy.

★★★★☆ We stayed at The Greyhound Coaching Inn as part of our 34th wedding anniversary celebration and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. During the exceptionally warm weather, we really appreciated that a fan had been provided, which made a big difference and ensured we had a comfortable night's sleep. One small surprise was that our room contained both a double bed and a single bed, despite the booking being for just the two of us. It wasn't a problem, just a little unexpected and it did make the room feel slightly more crowded than it needed to be. The only disappointment was discovering on arrival that the kitchen was not open in the evening. We hadn't been informed of this before our stay, and had we known, we could have planned accordingly. Fortunately, there are plenty of excellent places to eat nearby, so it didn't spoil our visit, but it would have been helpful to have been told in advance. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of fresh continental items as well as a very well-cooked Full English. Everything was fresh, well presented and set us up nicely for the day. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the local area and made an ideal base for our visit to Twycross Zoo and our anniversary celebration. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfast and welcoming atmosphere made for a very enjoyable break, and we would happily stay here again.

Room was clean but very tired. Flaky paint and a squeaky floor, as was the corridors. The bathroom requires much updating. Breakfast was good and a special thanks to Lina, who overheard my conversation to other staff members, followed me outside to advise me on my parking problem. Very professional and helpful.

For the price of this hotel, it was excellent. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant did not do evening meals, but the reception staff directed us to a very good Italian which we enjoyed. Cooked breakfast was cooked to order, so lovely fresh and hot. Reception and bar staff were very friendly.
