Budget hotel, very reasonably priced. For the money it was great. Rooms clean and a good location to get around. Beds were comfy and room was cool enough, even though it was warm outside. Had a room at the back so didn't hear any noise. The staff at this place are fantastic, very helpful and can't do enough for you, an absolute credit to the place!

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all, the bedsheets seemed unwashed, and there was an unpleasant smell. The staff were not friendly and didn’t offer help when needed. The service was very poor and not worth the price we paid. I would not recommend it and would not return.

The only thing about this place that was any good was the price and the vicinity to the tube station, the beds were poor and missing legs, what every they called a pillow was thinner than the sheets but you get what you paid for
