The Timberline looks good on the exterior for what I think a motel usually looks like. On the inside, the vibe is definitely manly. No frills and a small bathroom with small sink and shower. There is a fridge, microwave and hot plate which was nice. Timberline was in the town of Leadville, which is a cute little town. Everything was within walking distance of the motel. Our only main issue was the keypad entry system. If you don't get it right after 3 attempts, it locks you out. The more you try the longer the wait is, there is no one in the office. You have to call a number for help. We had to leave a message one early morning. Overall, it is a good stay.

The property was great, clean and newly renovated.

Very clean, contemporary decor in our room, friendly staff with a great recommendation to The Timeline for dinner. The reason I did not give it 5 stars for everything was because we had terrible internet connections prior to check-in. I was not able to access the room key lock number in my confirmation . The recorded message said they would return calls within 24 hours or sooner. We were lucky to have a quick response and actually met the check-in team who were on sight and very helpful. However, if it had been later with no one on duty, I am not sure of the approach to getting the info in a quick manner. The room was great beyond this "hiccup" of internet connections before check-in.

Beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family. We will be back.

Modern style, nice patio area, an easy to book and stay place for people and pets in Leadville!

This was a very clean and updated property. I loved it and staff was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

We staying in what I would call the penthouse - the 3 bed, 3 bath loft and it was phenomenal! The chefs kitchen was a dream - they had all the tools plus some! The space had all of the amenities - lots of towels, lots of space, and games. They were very attentive. I cannot say enough great things - will definitely be back!

Clean, modern, close to everything, and bathroom products (Alpine) which I love. It may look like a motel from the outside, but your unit inside feels like it was just built.

Great location, easy to walk to shopping and dinner. We used it to be close to Cooper Mt for snowboarding. bed is comfortable, and it's been nice and modernized, but the bathrooms are small if you need something larger, be aware of that. Didn't really bother me, as it was just my daughter and I. The shelving and hooks are great for all the jackets, dog leash, etc.

Pleasant and comfortable. The Owners are onsite duing the day and responsive by phone and text when not. Parked FRI and walked all weekend in town, Drive away Sunday afternoon rested. We'll be back.

Better investment for multiple families versus a single family, it’s a bit pricey for the accommodations. The game joystick was broken so that aspect of the facility with children was a bit disappointing. Overall a very nice property just a bit overpriced.

Great little town and the motel was very well kept. Right in the heart of everything! Staff there was so quick to help with everything! And so courteous!

One quick night, but could have been comfortable for longer. Great spot.

They charged my credi card despite that we cancel the reservation due to change of travel plans because of a death in the family. Expedia assist in the teft by refusing to help. Bunch of heartless losers

The rooms are neatly remodeled but the heat system is for the whole building. Once the temp is set by management, you are unable to adjust the temperature without making a call to management

Im not going to lie. After pulling up and it showed as a motel i was kind of pist off. Especially for what i paid. But once you get inside the room its actually very nice. Heating system could be updated and its a little small but other than thay its very nice.
